Another dissatisfaction among the SBI customers is the amount collected for using NEFT facility to transfer the amount to other banks ( Banks Except SBI ) They collect Rs 5 additional to do a transaction, even though they collect extra amount, the amount trnsfer happened after one day. This creates some trobles among the SBI customers. In citi bank, they will not charge extra to do NEFT. so the SBI should look over other banks before they introduced some changes in their policies and procedure
