Upto 5 years 2.25% below SBAR, PER* 10.50% p.a.
Above 5 years and upto 15 years 2.00% below SBAR, PER* 10.75% p.a.
Above 15 years and upto 25 years 1.75% below SBAR, PER* 11.00% p.a.


Above Rs.30 Lacs and upto Rs. 75 Lacs
Upto 5 years 2.00% below SBAR, 11.75% p.a.
Above 5 years and upto 15 years 1.75% below SBAR, 12.00% p.a.
Above 15 years and upto 25 years 1.50% below SBAR, 12.25% p.a.
Above Rs.75 Lacs
Upto 5 years - 2.00% below SBAR, 11.75% p.a.
Above 5 years and upto 15 years - 1.75% below SBAR, 12.00% p.a.
Above 15 years and upto 25 years - 1.25% below SBAR, 12.50% p.a.

These days’ people are taking the housing loan to complete their dream and because of that public and private sector banks as well as financial institutions are earning a lot of profit just by distributing housing loan to those who are interested in buying residential property. So if you are planning to buy home and you are short with budget, so better to take the housing loan but before that it is recommended to compare the interest rates of different banks.
